It's the one that looks like a syringe. Right above the pencil on mine and next to the magnifying glass. It's probably different on yours depending on what computer you use.
I just paste the original picture next to the one I'm working on (try to crop it so it doesn't block my image D; and and use the 'Grab Color' tool. I take the color from the real pic, use the 'Paint Bucket' tool or 'paint brush' and color with that.
This is very nice work! Especially if it was done in paint! And I lovie her eyes! They're so pretty! Lovely work with the shadings too! :D Her hair looks awesome too! Nice work and keep it up!
