Despite his hard, cold, metal body, Alphonse has the warmest of hearts I've ever seen. He love his brother without conditions or strings. In fact when I look at these two, I don't just see brothers, but soul mates. They laugh with each other, love each other, comfort each other in times of suffering, and are even willing to sacrifice themselves and die for the other's sake. That's why they are my favorite pair of anime siblings.
