You may be better off self publishing instead of tokyo pop. they laid off editors and cancelled series that were to be published. There are groups and forums that you can check for the self publishing. You can start posting some of the manga here while working towards your own web manga site. And hit some of the anime cons and work artist ally selling commishes and prints and push your self published manga.
