A condense version of his story is that he almost died in a forest fire and then he became the official mascot that prevents wildfires... He is drawn all cartoony and there are comercials and people in suits... among other things. "His" trademark is the rangers outfit his cartoon counterpart wears and his quote:
"Only you can prevent wildfires..."
