I like the face and the shirt design. Looks like you put in much effort coming up with this =) It's rare finding a half-body picture from you. You always draw faces lol.

You could probably make his hips a little bigger, personally I think it's a tad small even for a guy, haha. The colouring can be also improved, say... varying the colour tones on the folds on his shirt. Also, I notice you colour really hard, I can see the stroke lines clearly here, lol. I suggest you colour more gently and avoid using straight strokes... maybe circular ones? Well, the whole idea is to make it look smoother ^^
