Wow, this looks great! I love how you coloured the hair and the clothes, there's so much detail =D You got the proportions right and the effects are a nice touch! The only part you need to work on is probably the hands.
I can tell you used some sort of photo editor to add the black in the background, and though it looks somewhat blotchy in some areas, I think it still works! Great job on the faces and the action! I need to work on dynamic characters! *two thumbs up and a favorite*
i am now saving up for a 72 set, and it will take a long time before i have enough. siiiigh. T_T i heard neopico markers are quite good too, they cost ALOT less.
Thanks. I thought about buying the Copics skin tones just so i could do that. I once saw that they have an actual "set" that included about 7 or so colors for skin tones.
*sweat drop* eh, lol, sorry to say, but it's impossible to colour large areas of skin with prismacolors, i had to buy a copic for the local color. then i shaded it with prismacolors, the color i used was pearl white for the skin (copic color) then for the shading, brick beige and cinnamon toast, and light tan (not light at all!) wow, lol, i diddnt think people would notice that blue thingie, for that i just um, coloured the tip of the colourless blender with some colour, and coloured on the paper.. and.. thats about it, ciao!
Snap! I just read one of your comment replies where you said you DON'T have Copics?!! Then WOW! That is incredible for Prismas if that's what you used. What colors did you use for the skin? (Not just on this pic, but all of your others. Especially the ones of L from Death Note and Akira from True Blood [Togainu no Chi]. Please any advice on Prismacolors or anything would be much appreciated.)
Thanks. ^^
Wow, I love this one too. If this was done in COPICS, I loved how you were able to get that bluish tint on Sasuke's skin. Markers are hard to do that with. (Nigh impossible with just about all markers I know of, but Copics are probably different. I would assume so 'cause they are like $6 a piece.)
The whole picture is amazing. The details, proportions, and colors are really nice. Great job!
Very interesting picture with a very nice bg .I really have an interesting comment about this one because I think I know how you made it.For the bg´s fire I say you first drawed the red parts and the tried to cover them with black .Hummmm for the lighting part it works greatly because the unfilled spots of white go well with the light blue u used forlighting. For the red I can see tiny spots of white that tell me you did first the flaes and then colored black the rest ^^ .Lol yeah nothing gets away from my eyes :3 .Hummm for the black tone at the picu leme tell u something that works for all the backgrounds. When you add a detail to the picture and then add some effects and leave the bg white .
The viewer will be able to imagine the bg he really want to see.But if you fill the picture with black it will have the feeling of beeing finished but not be able to imagine a bg .So I say hummmm maybe it´s best to leave it white or making a detailed bg instead of going black.I saw this on a program where they talked about filling clors and space colors. If you have something you wanna give with use white.Mirrors can even work good to open the space feeling. For the pose of the characters it´s very good for sure.I love the small effects of blue on sasukes skin .I find the effect very interesting and surely it gets my eye.Great hightlights and shadows, the pose is wonderfull.
For a final idea myabe I would gone for a splited bg were you add the dark color down and going up it turns white .It can give the feeling that there is a landscape at the bg with short work .Great work at this one keep up the awesomeness otw.
