not bad :3
just work on the proportions and where things go on the face but its a great style so i might be just nitpicking cuz i have a differnet style XD :3 i kinda like the coloring, i wish there was more color instead of white in some areas XD but its really great and it has potential to be amazing :3

Lol Renji looked like Lavi when I first looked at him! Byakuya kinda looks like Tyki, too......Lol nice. The coloring is awesome and your style is cool, too! MOAR PROPS! 8D And don't worry about quoting me. I'm okay with that! XD Thanks. ^.^
