It's a very cute design, but still cluttered looking for a mew.
I assume you were trying to make her look like a cupcake, but you should take away some of the ribbons and the 'sprinkles', there are too many on her at the moment and they're a tad overwhelming.
I could help a bit if you want me too. :)
Nonetheless you have a nice style, it's very cute. :3

Wow, she's really beautiful in this pic. I love the colors along with her costume and I like the costume all together. The coloring really is just remarkable right here and this is too good to put into words.
