Hullo! I haven't came by your portfolio in forever so I thought I'd check out what's going on with you, and I am happy to see what you've done! I was reading Magical JXR and I loved the art but it got a little too yaoi-ish for me so I stopped reading it...
But I love what you did here!
The coloring is very nice looking and the water and the fire looks especially polished and awesome.

Whew, you say it's not well know but a gem and from the looks of your fan-art I guess you're not lying. Never heard of it but your fan-art really catches my attention. Awesome work on the effects I can only imaging how long it must have taken to do this.

Beautiful work like always Elves. ^_^ I really like the detail you put into this with stuff like the chains and the pendant/necklace. That kind of thing really makes a piece seem more complete to me. I love well done details.

I think this is my 5th piece done in Photoshop...maybe the 6th? Gah, I should just go back and count. lol! Well, this took me about a month and a half to do only because I couldn't work on it non-stop like I do with most of my pieces.XD I'm guessing about 12 hours though since I did some new things in this one that I've never tried before.

I just read your post about the accident... As I said before, I'm glad you're okay.

As for the actual art, the coloring looks great. It's different from your older pieces and yet it still has a similar flair and style that is uniquely your own. It's so wonderfully vivid.

I really find it hard to draw water. The effect of the two elements were great, although the water seems a bit unnatural to me... But don't worry, it still looks awesome.
