Nice OC! I like her uniform =D I've always found uniforms really complex, with all the decorations and stuff.

I checked out the contest from the link and the theme just draws my attention xD The plot of the whole story is awesome too. I have a strong urge to join, but I'm not sure if I can fit in the time...

I just found out about the Tutorial World this morning. I think I should make a quick tutorial on how I draw my hands. It's very simple, really.. And it's not always perfect but it's a lot more believable than most hands I see nowadays. ^^;

@Skyfoam: The eyes look odd, don't they? I didn't think anyone would notice it but after I inked them over, I added a dark ring to the inner ring of the eye to give it more 'depth'. I thought it had a nice effect so I kept it. I think I'll do the same thing when I color it in color pencil. :]
