Well, I drew her again.. but I don't think it's wise for me to hand this one to you for coloring. It's not clean in the least and to me, it's just a sketch. I thought I'd show you anyway though seeing as your character was in it and all. :]

i just typed my thoughts at that moment. unfortunately, i don't watch as many anime or read tons of manga like the other otakus but i just noticed the feet were a little odd. ok i won't be troubled by that anymore. sorry if my comment sounded harsh or unacceptable.

Also, you've got a lot of talent. Way more than myself, so why not? A few of the illustrators you mentioned, I have collaborations and art trades currently underway with. So it's not like your less than them or anything. (In fact, I'd put you on the same tier.) You just have your own way of doing something. And I like that way you do that something. :] That's all there is to it. Nothing to think hard about or any deep meanings. Your great. Know it. Absorb it. Think it. And most of all.. Express it.

waiii.. Le kun im glad u like it.. ehehehe.. i was worried i ruined ur lineart.. i wanted to color it traditionally but it messed up so i had to print this twice and finally shaded with pencil before i colored in photoshop... XD

are u sure ur fine with me doing the colors for u..? there are so many better colorist than me.. Sani-san (Feonalily) for instance.. she's way beyond like a traditional artist expert.. and photoshop experts like seiten, aika, skyzen, giname, sisero, and so much more.... but im glad with ur thoughts of drawing my oc again but me to color it will just ruin ur lineart... XD im not confident as u can tell... ehehehe.. XD

hmm.. is it bad if she's wearing boots under a gown..? i think it's fine.. XD i don't really know what she's suppose to be wearing.. im just glad Le kun added some footwear which i didn't do for this character.. her feet is also fine.. i guess there are poses that's hard to explain to the viewers but there is a logic explanation why the artist drew it like that.. i do that too sometimes.. and no one was able to tell how and why is like that because they couldnt see what i saw in the pic and the meaning of it.. like for instance, my previous Chibiusa fanart.. her hands were somewhat unproportioned because the other side was unseen and no one could understand it better than the artist.. its kinda hard to explain but it is logic in its own way... *^^*

Don't take it the wrong way. :] I was just answering your questions the best I could. Constructive criticism to me is more "I think it would be better if..." than "Why is this or that...". It's all in the way you ask something. People are very fragile emotionally when it comes to their own work that they wish to show others. I noticed that a while back. Don't trouble yourself with it though. I'm kinda glad that you were able to notice something like that so quickly. You must watch a lot of anime and read plenty of manga because you have a sharp eye for what looks right and what doesn't. That's one of the many powerful skills of an artist, mind you. Whether your drawing or not. :]

oh i'm sorry. i didn't mean to say something rude. i was just giving my honest criticism but i guess this isn't the right place for that but i think feet are a little more complicated to draw. since i don't draw, i only said what i've noticed which i compared on what i saw on tv and manga. but since u now know, i'm sure u'll be able to do it better the next time right? your lines are pretty accurate and the expression is great. overall, it's a success.

now i just need reirei to answer my question. she really did bring life to your lineart and it's pretty. a little simple but that's good enough than to see her in flashy colors. lolx

This is wonderful! That same smile that was put on your face is definitely plastered on mine. I'm so happy to see it colored. I like the hair a lot. You did an excellent job in my opinion. I love the work you did on the face too. Her lips and my eyes were locked for a moment before I scrolled down. ::*laughs*::

i think the colors are too simple. is that how she is? but i like it simple and clean. simplicity is the best policy as some say.
