I do have some things to point out though...
A mew can't have their human ears and then some cat ears. Although in one scene in the anime of TMM they accidentally show ichigo having ears and kitty-ears X3
Very cute outfit idea! You might want to change the bell-and-bow on the tail though, it looks a lot like Ichigo's.
You did pretty well on the drawing, though! One way you can make it look better is you can take more time on the coloring, like making sure there are no white bits.
