In martial arts, we call it "mushin", which loosly translates to "no mind" - and it is the art of "putting your mind everywhere and nowhere at once"...which is one of those crazy Zen things...its funny how those lessons learned in the dojo translate to all aspects of life. I used to get muddled, too...(I'll stop there because I can feel the "sensei" in me coming out...long-winded dull speeches!!)
