:D Nice nice! I like the contrast of the blue eyes against the pink. :D Yeah...i actually kinda like it with less blur tool cuz its easier to see. Have you ever tried doing the lines/outlines on a different layers then the color? That way when ur blur, u don't actually blur the lines, but just the shading. :D you can majic wand the area in side the outlines, and then in a layer on top, colour in that space. :D
