oh wow neato! this is really good! I'm impressed how well you did that mask. I've never actually watched bleach but I've seen wallpapers and stuff of the series and this is very dead on close to what the character looks like ^_^!
In everything I comment i try to give a little constructive critic so that the person can always get better. All of your proportions are perfect and you really spent time on it but when you go to shading, I can tell you rushed it a bit because of the lines in the clothing. always remember a little bit of time goes a really long way ^_^
