This one must be one of your best pictures .The face design and coloring are just so wonderfull .I was really happy to see you reached a new level in your art .What I can tell you to point this one into a better direction is that you have to be carefull with those proportions on hips and legs .Remember that hips cant be half size compared to the broadness of the shoulders .Also the legs a bit longer ,but just a bit ,you got it really neat on this one .Try modeling the body before adding the clothes design(wonderfull artwork).

The skin and hair both came out wonderfully.
Like you said, the hair could be blened a little bit more, mainly with the highlights.
I like that hairstyle, and those are some sexy shoes.
