OMG NO MY WHOLE COMMENT DIDNT GO THRU *DIES*
ugh >.>; but... just yea... all of ur work is stunning and i cant imagine how realistic it would look if u spent even another 10 minutes on it. ur amazing at drawing clouds.. (AND U DID IT IN 20 MINUTES LIKE WTF?!?) *dies*
I feel the same! ^_^ I haven't flown in a long time, but I remember how amazing it was when I first saw the clouds like that. And when I'm out, it is really nice to just stop and look at the clouds. And the sky is always changing too. This is a gorgeous picture by the way! I really, really like it!

you think the same way as me about clouds! i absolutely love them, but i haven't flown in years so i don't remember what that scene looks like firsthand. ; ; but yeah, i especially love storm clouds and watching the lightning zipping in and out of the darkness.
and sometimes, you can actually see little swirlies on the edges of the clouds - you can see where i get my inspiration from ;) - but in a few seconds, they're gone, and the cloud keeps on moving.
i love this picture so much; definitely a hug and fave from me! you know, your art (and mine ;o;) should get more appreciation on this site - there are some great artists out there that never get their work looked on that much. D:
Ah, a person with the same outlook as me. I'll admit that the clouds drew me to this piece. I just had to have a look at it. Why? There is just something about clouds and cloud formations that deserve to have an artistic eye cast upon them. It's like they elude whatever shape you try and impose on them--they just shake it off, ready for the next form. And it's this trying to capture and represent them as seen by us that pushes (guides?) the keen artists toward creating something, rather than representing it.
I find this somewhat difficult to explain, and I'm not completely sure if I've said anything of any use to anyone apart from myself. Nevertheless, there are pieces such as this one that evoke what ought to be evoked by art. The trouble is trying to explain it clearly! Good work.
