As for the critique, I knew I would receive some heat for it. I know everyone tried their best. Who wasn't? Nobody half-assed their way through the contest and I can tell. :] I do apologize for the harshness of the critique though. We only had encouraging intentions in mind. Advice to help improve--not destroy. Please forgive me on that one.. ^^; I commend you though for the hard work you've done to accomplish your abilities thus far and even moreso the tasks that improves you further~!

I guess I'm saying, I can't tell who's standing in front of whom. The top portion says the girl is slightly forward, but the "leg" half of them says the guy is more forward. But looking at the feet, they seem to be the same.

So looking overall at the picture, I assume they're just "weaving" in and out of each other.

On another note, one reason why I was a bit frazzed by the results of your contest was not the end result in and of itself. I knew I didn't stand a chance. However, your critique of my picture seemed, I don't know, much. Like, it almost seemed like you(and your friends) assume that I don't take any time at all to view the human body and make observations of it. You know, it's taken me some time to get where I am now, though that may not be much according to your standards of anatomy. But for the record, I do my best to make as accurate a depiction as I can. If only I could scribble out on paper what flows through my mind, like you can do apparently. But it's whatever now. I took my art out of my portfolio so I could improve because I really want to.

The male's shoes looks like stubs doesn't it? My sister also said the same thing. Though we both agree that the females feet are as they should look. Thanks for pointing that out. I had a lot of trouble with his boots for some reason, but I kinda forgot about that. I will not overlook it when I decide to continue working on this. :]

Great job so far, but something about the two feet that are touching that's throwing me a bit off.

Damn, I envy your ability at drawing the female anatomy >_< Lightning looks cool, what with all the detail on her clothes, which makes the other guy look simple in comparison, lol. I don't have the slightest idea who he is though =P Nevertheless, the pic looks fantastic with the both of them standing together like that! They really complement each other =D
