I am really happy about how you builded those arms with those shadows. The details of the shirt are my favorite part of the picture.Judging by the shape of your haid,it´s mainly detailed by shadows at the original picture.
If you want to have more realism in it,try shaping the nose just using shadowns.Faces are very hard to details because lines don´t work well at them. But this on is really good, one of your best realist pictures.
This looks wonderful Steph!!! Wow I agree with Lindsey, you did a wonderful job at drawing the clothes! You got the wrinkles in it just right and of where the clothes fit you, it just looks awesome! And of course the shading is always well done^^
Aw you do not have a big head!! Don't be silly! XD *hugs* You look very cute in your picture! :D And you look cute in the realism picture right here as well!
Great job my friend^^ Keep up the wonderful work Steph!
Many thanks for the advice ~ Laughs ~ After reading your comment then looking at the picture I see what you mean ~ Nods ~ I tend to be quite attached to lines but I shall definitely give leaving them out a go ~ Bows ~
You did great!! It looks a lot like the photo you took. :) You definitely caught your features well. The glasses, outfit...wow, so good~~ I agree with elves about the outlines, but aside from that, it's really good! I suck at drawing real people. XD They always end up looking more anime. ^^;; Nice one, steph!
You did a nice job with this! The shading is well done and you did well with adding the darks in there! You're right, the clothes are nice! Clothes are surprisingly hard to do sometimes.
A trick to photorealism is to not make lines...everything in "real life" is all shadows and shading. When you add lines it starts to make it look more illustrative. Check out one of my drawings to see what I mean: Linky Not that that's perfect but you can kinda get a sense of it? Maybe? I dunno.XD
