the shading on the skull and the hair are awesome
i dont realy like the back ground to be honest but that doesent realy matter
and dont wory about the skin tone thing maybe you can practice blending it with a white color pencil or start from light and then start dackening it littel by littel
and the line art is awesome,their is always some gratification when comeup with a style your own!

very well done on the hair.. 4 layers of green.. ur so patient.. i only use 3 max.. XD but yeh.. it's really good.. i like how u emphasized some highlight with a light green and made the dark green as the shadow of the hair.. good job..!
i also like how there's some shadow in her face and neck but i think a bit more shadow below her chin will give off some kind of effect that most anime usually give.. eeh.. i always put shadow below her chin in everything i draw.. i didnt really think much why im putting shadows but it's automatic.. lol..
