kinda reminds me of a scene from a movie called "The Gate". A really old horror flick i watched when i was a kid, only the eye was in the palm of this kids hand and he had to stab it because it was the eye of some monster! very cool!

omg!!! iv done something like that before!!!
my freind has tons of sharpies of difrent color and i drew a whole in my hand like i got stabed and blood trickeling down! it looked real in the shade and i got tons of kiks from it!
