It's from a graphic novel called "Tank Girl"! I'm pretty sure her name is Rebbecca. The tank girl graphic novels were supposed to start to come out in April, but I haven't gotten the chance to go out and look for it, and i have no money to get it...
There was also a live action movie based on the comic. I liked it, it was funny. It's set in a future where there's no water because of no rain, and the water and power people are hording the water. Rebecca and her crew steal water but are found out, they come and kill most of her people and take off with a young girl and imprison Rebecca. She escapes along with a young pilot named Jett and search for "The Rippers", mutant kangaroos to take down Water and Power.
...*phew! anyway, that's what happened in the movie, i think the comic has some other stuff going on in it, i can't wait till i get my own copy!

wow that's really good, i like the poses you did. nice drawing, hm i should use that sketching technique more often, anywho awesome job. >_<
