I love the hands, and butterflies too, very graceful!
I believe when you're sad--the best thing to do is draw, or do some type of craft or something--most creativity that every person has comes out!
(And also in your case, talent! )
But hopefully, you'll also come out of the sad-times at least once in a while, at the least! :3 Being happy has it's ups (and downs) too! <3
