yes.. it was a gradient tool.. XD i thought of putting the light source near her bun so i added the gradient but soon after i realized that the light source was coming from the opposite side in my shaded picture.. XD

Hmm, did you used a gradient to color her hair? because I see that the top part is lighter than the bottom part. Anywho, I can't really pick which one I like the most, they both are sooo good <3. I dunno, but I pick the colored one :3 the thing that I just found odd was the different color of her hair, but overall I like how smooth this looks ^^

Great work, Reirei! I like the shaded one more :P The shading and details are so pretty, but these don't get shown well in the coloured version.

I like the shaded one better because you can see more detail in the eyes and I dunno, more of your style comes out.
