Of course! I'll certainly try, at least xD
I'm not sure how much you know so please tell me if you get lost or confused.

1.) Trace your sketch in a new layer This is called your Lineart.

2.) Make new layers for each section of the pic you wouldn't want to interfere with each other. Ex. Hair, Clothes, Skin, Eyes, ex.

3.) Fill in the lineart with these layers with color, however sloppily you want. If you were sloppy, go back and erase the marks that went outside the lineart.

4.) Now that it's colored, you can add shading and lighting in new layers, too

AND TA DAAA you have a colored pic!
Naturally, you're gonna have to work with lots of layers. Dx
But your pic comes out beautiful once your done!
