I think your picture is cute. Nice for no tablet. I used to think I could manage fine without a tablet. Oh man, once you get one, it's just, yeah. XD
Have fun with PS. Slight criticism(don't hurt me) um, the coloring of the pink makes it blurry-ish. You can make a new layer underneath that one so you can color behind it for a background. ^_^
Anyways, I think it's cute. Good job.
