The first thing I saw was the wonderful shading, especially the neck, back and lips. The second was her pose and expression - it creates a good atmosphere and gives her a lot of personality. Nice hat as well :3 Perhaps you could change the shape of the ear a bit - thinner at the 'bottom'.
