The chibi is adorable once again. You definitely win when it comes down to style. and i like how he's reaching out to the star.
I also like how you matched such a cute and inspiring saying with such a cute and inspiring picture.
How the colors are blended is amazing. it just looks so well done. also the folds in the clothes were thrown in at just the right spots so it looks natural and well done, but they aren't overpowering the picture and blocking out the style of the chibi.
keep up the great work ChocoBits and never give up. like the saying 'even if they tell me i can't, i'll grow wings and go chase a star...'. so even if someone tells you you can't do something, do it anyway <3
