Goodness Sayoko-chan this is incredible! I'm sorry I didn't comment earlier, I was drawing my giftie for Sora-chan ^^;; plus all of the flight stuff and yeah xD

Woah hehe this looks very cool! I love those scythes! Very good poses too - one of my favorite part of the drawing. Neat clothing and nice background. You used colored pencils and digital coloring together - usually that doesn't go well with each other but this works out just fine! Impressive :3

OTL <-- O is the head, T is the torso+ arms, and L is the legs XD
I actually didn't know this either till recently lmao XD

Oh and for the forehead thing, it rly depends on the style, cuz I notice in a lot of shojo manga, the forehead is extremely large (which is why I used to make rly tall heads XD) in some shonen anime, the forehead is slightly smaller. So it rly varies on each prsn. ^^ plus noah's bangs cover up some of it so yeah XD
