Yup, just 2 thicknesses of fineliner and a black felt-tip pen (I love working with fineliner).
And I didn't have a particular dragon design in mind, I just got bored on a train one day. But it is similar to the type of dragons drawn in an artbook for Tolkein's The Lord of the Rings, so I suppose it's more Western.

Wow. Was this all done with pen and marker? It's weird and cool; it looks like a hybrid between an eastern and a western dragon?
I wish I could do different textures this well.
