She's pretty cute! Though maybe you should try to develop her a little more (I know it's just something you did on a whim, but if you intend to keep her around permenantly, we'd like to know more about her!).

What are her likes and dislikes? Does she have a love interest? What are her hobbies? How did she become a Mew Mew? Does she get along with the others? What does her weapon look like? I'd like to hear those!

And what does Rika mean? According to the Mew Mew guide, all the girls (and guys!) have food names. Ichigo (strawberry), Lettuce, Pudding... I can see you've done this with Rika, but they have them as their usual names as well. Food names aren't aliases.

I can see that you've taken time on her outfit - it's really creative and original! Though Mew Mew uniform includes a collar with the pendant, armbands and a garter, right or left leg depending on where you want them in the team. You might want to add those in!

Mostly, I'm speaking from experience. I forgot to do all of these on my first Mew too. I revamped her like heck, even down to changing her name. She went through about four costume changes before I was happy that she didn't look Sue-ish and went along with the uniform code well. The only thing I still haven't done is remember that Mew weapons are supposed to be loosely based on instruments, according to the fanbase (I'm not sure about any of them in the original manga, but the anime changed a lot. Even then, I'm still not sure about Zakuro's and Pudding's).

Now, please know that none of this is intended as criticism, just guidelines! I think you've made a great start, and Black Berry really has some potential! Please keep working on her, we'd all love to see a final version!

(P.S: Blackberry in Japanese is Kuroichigo. Literally 'Black Strawberry'. In Italian, it's Mora, and in Spanish it's Zarza. Food names aren't limited to English or Japanese - they can be in any language! One of my Mews even has a Turkish name!)
