Well, Ren has Ice Alchemy, and she uses water vapor out of the air to get water for the ice she usues, and she had her alchemy symbol on either her gloves or tattoed on the back of her hands

Then Ava and Ryan always fight together, Ava uses brute force, along with a Meteor Hammer (example 1, and example 2) along with some kunai-like razors. Ryan, however, creates a bright light using alchemy to stun his foes, while Ava will attack durring this oppertunity. Ryan wears glasses because his eyes were damaged while learning this type of alchemy, and the two always were sunglasses or something like that when in battle.
