nah, not fail, the arms looks great (love the lil face after the "i know i fail" part tho XD
i reallly like the shirt design too lol
as future note tho, when in doubt about something, search up some reference pictures, you'd learn that way too after studying them
another note, well.. more like something i do, is that i browse through DA's daily favs and save all the drawings/photos i like,
could be the pose of a person, or a really nice street photo
so that when i need a potential background ref, or if i wanna see how i can draw the arms, i'd look in my Ref folder
another reason why i do that is so i can sometimes look through my folder and get inspirations

You do not fail! If you absolutely think you do, try tracing. My friend did that and got way better than me. I drew free hand. We started drawing anime at the same time too! And I draw way more than her. I, personally, think this one is great! The coloring and all is just fantastic!
