Well I thought it would look better with Kairi in the picture because it looked like it was missing something. I couldn't put Donald or Goofy. That would look funny

It's nice... But if you'd prefer Kairi out of the picture and just Sora and Riku together, why not draw that...? It's not sad that you're into that sort of thing. I myself enjoy a little yaoi/shounen-ai now and then.
Just so you know, the point is to draw what really makes you squee =^_^= Don't be afraid to be a little risque.
