So THAT must be my problem!!! It's my PAPER!!!! I do use color pencils...and I can blend them really well...they just leave those spots...it has to be the paper! THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE!! I'll look into that!! XD

O: PENCIL CRAYONS ARE A THING OF BEAUTY <3<3<3 More than anything, look into getting some smooth heavyweight paper :3 and prisma color pencils are awesome, but even just normal ones are good with the right paper, really!
Do copics BLEND well? Cuz...me and markers never got along well...they always BLEED too much for my liking. ROFL I should look into em more though. Thanx! :)

You could use art markers or something? like Copics. I like the texture though... it gives it lifeeee~~
