You are doing such wonderful pictures! This is great! I will say that I did have to read to captuion just because i took the red ribbon to represent connection to a love one. (Similar but different.) I really like how you worked in so many representations into one picture without making the picture look crowded. Wonderful job!

The symbolism is amazing!
And I loved that it requires some effort from the one who's seeing it to actually understand it (focus on all your memories and feelings and imagine them vanishing, as you suggested). It's like an artistisc exercise or whatever I should call it. Personally, turning on a sad music helped me with that.
