You definitely have gotten better with adding effects in the background that complement the people without taking away from them at the same time. Their expressions are perfect and you did a wonderful job with the pose<3 You can really feel the emotion in this picture, even though they are both drunk lol.
The lineart is getting cleaner and neater too!

Constructive critique-wise, just make sure to add a bit more joint in the fingers and look where they bend and such. That way they'll have a bit more form! *nods*
