Sorry, going to watch a movie, but I couldn't resist commenting after I've randomly found this. O__o Awesome shading, love it so I faved, commented, and hugged it. Hope that shows how much I prais this piece. :D
I used SAI painter, but the same technique can be applied to photoshop and I believe GIMP. Just place the pencil sketch astop layer and use multiply layer setting and color under it BD

Gah, for a moment I was kinda blank when I saw the title "Gunner is chillin" since I made a character called Gunner. I was thinking "No way, it can't be the same Gunner" though that would've been cool X3
I miss doodling in class. I've lost my youthful artistic-ness... where any given time was a time to draw if you weren't doing homework and such. =TT_TT=

Very nice, I likes the coat design. What did you use to colour it? The colour fits in nicely but you can still see your pencil lines clearly.
