He seems to be almost like a.... Subichi, in my opinion. ^^ For water colors, it looks good, if a bit runny, as the problems with water colors is. The shading on the face is good, and the colors used made it a bit bolder against the black and white contrasts. I like it.

You did awesomely with this. I like how the blue and black are so bold. I favor the eyes and the hair because the hair is a nice shade of blue and the eyes have a nice sparkle to them. For a name, how about Arpegius?
