This is Project One Piece, the first in the series. You can find the rest on Supernanny1912's channel. There's Projects Two and Three Piece - Three is in 3 parts, and feature clips from just the Thriller Bark arc. It's basically fitting different One Piece clips with different audio clips (such as songs, movies, etc.) and the end result is hilarious!
