She's cute! I just think it's cool that you gave her green hair. It goes well with her outfit.

Tips for improvement:

Her head looks too big for her body. I'd suggest making either her head smaller or her body wider. If you were going for a more chibi-like effect, though, disregard this.

Even though her head is turned, I see that her eyes are the same size. If a character is looking to the side, the eye that's further away should be a little smaller and/or thinner. I actually think this can be a little tricky to do and I haven't quite mastered it.

I'm glad you're looking for ways to make your art better. I guess the best tip I could give you is to keep practicing. And if you enjoy practicing making artwork, all the better!
