Wow, so sorry it took me so long to respond. I believe manga studio is a great value for your money. I use the cheaper debut version. I can't possibly afford Photoshop or the EX version right now. But if you want to start making good quality art without breaking the bank and get experience in using on computer art tools, it's a great starter!
Lol, Manga Studio Debut 4.0.... I'm still learning to use it, but it's a good beginner graphics program if you can't afford Photoshop (like me)! Although, to use it, you'd need to have a scanner or a pentablet (both is the best way to go though).

For my critique. There's something about the eyes that I don't care for much, maybe cause they seem to close to each other. But if you feel like you need to disagree than thats fine. :3
