Oh wow this is such an adorable picture. *looks at comment before* pfft. the background looks like it matches her just fine. I especially like how you colored the eyes.
Hmm...i'm not to big of a fan of the background. And here's why. I dont think it matches her, and i dont feel like it means anything to support who she is. Which is important because she is the main focus of the image.
Although she seems very nice and cute looking, i think that if there was a background that would have produced a feeling to the picture it would have been a lot better.
It's a nice try but next time just try to freely think of other things to advance your skills.
