Well, you make this thing called a paypal acount which lets you buy things all over the internet, and it's safe. And basicly you click the "buy" button or you bid on items (most things are auctioned) and then you pay with your paypal acount. And as for the price, it can vary. Some people sell stuff cheap and otheres sell stuff way over priced.
