I like the fireworks and snowflakes that you added. Did you do those by hand or did you use brushes?
Also, I have some thoughts on why the guy turned out "weird". It's his hair. His hair is only on the top of his head and not on the back of his head. Or was that your intention?
Still, it's a good picture and I like that you shaded it.
