Wow this looks really good! I love Fran-chan! I'm glad he's back too in the manga. Hopefully we'll see some of his powers. I'm working on a vector of Fran atm. And then i'll try to put him in a wall.

I actually don't think it's too glowy. I like the glowy effect of the drawing. It gives some sort of magical touch, and it's very pretty.
You're colouring is getting really good, Nica. Although you say it's a 'quick colour' I can see you've paid attention to the details and know how to use the colours. Like how the tree bush of leaves isn't in one single colour. And how the branch has its wood structure.
I just find it a waste that you didn't apply the same colouring technique you used on the eyes of Fran's hat on the other four eyes. You should really use that colouring technique more often, and if not come up with an even better one. ^___^

The lighting in the hat is simply eye-catching, and you've gotten amazing when it comes to shading and lighting. The kitty is adorable, and the perspective is epic. keep up the great work, I look forward to seeing more of your art, nica-chan!
