this is a nice pic, however i don't think that you should've made the background digitally. it looks like the guy was just copied and pasted onto the background, so the flow of the image isn't working out too well for me. the shading and texture in the character is really great, i wished that u made the shadows under the character and the bag with that same technique, maybe some cross hatching also. and with proportions i think that the arms are too short and the hands might be too small.
i like the little details with the headphones and jacket a lot
