This is beautifulll!!<333 So so beautiful!~ I love Kotori's color scheme and how well you worked it into her dress design, they are very complementing colors ^^ I really want those shoes as well...such a creative and cute design~ And of course your anatomy skills never cease to amaze ^^
Kotori's hair looks really nice long as well! She does look quite a bit older...perhaps it's a certain style change? No idea xD But all in all I know that it looks beautiful! Big sis, you're really so talented! *hugs*

i like tying hair up like that, it makes the hair not look so plain because i had nothing else to put in her hair to make it look pretty T^T

i'm glad to hear you like the swirls on the bottom. i had to add something fancy to the dress. it looked so plain without it D:
