Awww that dress is SO Summer! haha! I really love the blues(favorite color right there xD)~ the design is very frilly and very fun too!! I would wear that if I could pull it off xDDD
The hair ornament is a VERY nice touch!~ it kind of pulls the whole piccy together and unifies everything ^^ It's nice to see her hair short too~(although..I drew her hair longer as it was originally in my huge comeback piccy xDD sorry!)
I think it's lovely that her expression is so sweet and calm as well ^^ Critique-wise...hm...well the size of the hand should be bigger(the palm is almost as big as the face). Otherwise, looking at the joints is just a matter of practice ^^ And I'm sure you'll come to get it in no time! *nods*
