They're fighting because Vamp is working with Ocelot and he's one of the bad guys. Vamp is like, infused with a gazillion nano machines so it makes him seem invincible, but really he does have weaknesses and since he tried to kill Raiden in an earlier scene, Raiden wants to finish him off and do the job right this time

Chibi's are your speciality. Water colors are hard to work with. Why do you feel the need to choke the beegeebees out of someone? I sense a lot of frustration...
